Task
Produce nine styles in one order: dresses and skirts, 100 to 400 pieces per style, about 1,800 garments. One deadline and the same quality across the whole line.
The client's problem
Three contractors mean three deadlines and three queues where her batch isn't first. Some styles by May, some by June: two photo shoots and two sales launches. The same fabric shrinks differently at different factories. And if one of the three misses the deadline, there's no one to hold accountable.
Result
We took all nine styles in one order. The first two shipped on working day 10 — sales started while the rest was being sewn. The whole order took 6 weeks. Working capital came back a month ahead of plan.

Task
Produce a five-style capsule in one order: three styles in rayon and viscose, two in knit, 150 pieces each. One shade and one shipment for the whole capsule.
The client's problem
Woven fabrics and knits are sewn on different equipment, so such orders get split between two factories. Two contractors mean two deadlines and two shipments. Different fabric lots give a different white, and in the finished capsule it shows immediately. Sets can no longer be sold, items go one by one, and the average order value drops.
Result
We took both groups in one order, each on its own equipment. 750 garments in 4 weeks, one shipment instead of two. The shade matched across the capsule, and the items sold as sets.

Task
Repeat a best-selling style exactly: 300 blouses from existing patterns, urgently, with no differences from the previous batch.
The client's problem
The item runs out at peak demand: every day without stock means lost sales that can't be recovered in season. It has to be repeated one to one — customers know this piece. And urgency usually means a compromise: the job is taken fast, but the batch arrives with size inconsistencies.
Result
We took the order on her patterns, sewed a sample in two days and let her compare it with a piece from the previous batch. 300 blouses in 12 working days, fit and finishing matched. Sales of the item recovered within a week.

Professional industrial equipment, a separate cutting room and pressing stations. Woven fabrics and knits run on their own equipment.
Who runs your batch
Cutters, seamstresses, pressers, technologists, packers. Our technologist and cutters have specialised training and at least 10 years in production.
We fix the final price on the sample, before production starts
The price includes cutting, sewing, pressing, batch inspection and packing. Fabric and trims are priced separately — we sew from yours on a cut-make-trim basis or buy them ourselves.
Prices in the table are for a simple garment at a run of 1,000 pieces. Complex finishing and smaller runs are quoted separately.
